Classes often commence with a thorough warm-up, incorporating cardiovascular exercises and stretching routines to prepare the body for the physical demands ahead. Instructors, well-versed in the chosen martial art, guide students through a curriculum that encompasses fundamental techniques, forms, and self-defense strategies.

Interactive partner drills play a crucial role in enhancing practical application, allowing students to practice and refine their skills in a controlled environment. Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on mental discipline, fostering qualities such as focus, patience, and respect. The class environment is supportive, encouraging a sense of community as students of the art work together to achieve individual and collective goals.
