Strength Training / Mobility Punchcard


This Strength training class allows the practitioner to have more mobility and strength. It helps with injury prevention and losing weight. The idea is to push our minds and bodies to what they are capable of. If shaping, conditioning, mobility and nutrition are important to you, you will not regret taking this class.
