About the Advanced

Service Description

At the advanced level in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu there should be a technical proficiency. Students will learn a variety of submission techniques with emphasis on escapes, defense, postures, and sparring with higher level students. They should have a wide variety of submissions attempted in live rolling. At a higher level they should have game-development and experimentation. Students will have a solid foundation of understanding Jiu-Jitsu and positions. Also, the advanced student will set traps and tighten up weaknesses by dialoguing with the instructor.
