About the Beginner

Service Description

Just starting Jiu-Jitsu you are given a white belt. This is the first and most important belt of the system. Here you will be at the start of your journey...humbled, pushed beyond your limits, but you will learn how to defend properly against an attacker and within 3 months most will become bully proof.  Some of the focus will be on a variety of details such as: Hip escapes Mount escapes Side control Passing guard Closing the distance Controlling the situation Learning how to relax in stress
