The reason why kids should learn Jiu-Jitsu is for a variety of reasons: Improves fine motor skills Teaches balance, neuro-muscular connections Discipline & focus both for academics and athletics Socialization-make new friends while drilling techniques, playing games, and live rolling Teaches goal setting Becoming bully proof both physically and mentally Young Warriors ages 5-8yrs. Junior Warriors ages 9-14yrs.
